1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Score the Band application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the App, you represent and warrant that:

• The Content is yours and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms;
• The Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity;
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App;
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to threaten to do so;
• To collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Score the Band and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Score the Band.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Score the Band, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
